Unlike the Exxon Valdez tragedy, in which a tanker held a finite capacity of oil, the BP rig is tapped into an underwater oil well and could pump more oil into the ocean indefinitely until the leak is plugged....
We're 51 days in (April 20, 2010)....and no resolution yet. Blueprint for Style is dedicated to philanthropic efforts -- including helping to clean up other people's messes. We've chosen to promote this tee which reads, "So Long and Thanks for all the Crude". The shirt was designed by Tim Lahan for Trademark, is selling for $20, and ALL profits from the sale of the shirt are being donated to the National Wildlife Federation to aid in the gulf oil spill clean-up.
It wasn't our mess-up but, it is our mess to help clean up!!
