People and readers alike always ask about their body shape, which they are, how to dress for it, etc.  As I was combing the net, I happened upon excellent descriptions of the four basic body shapes courtesy of Category 5 and I wanted to share them.  Across the next several weeks, we'll be exploring body shapes and what works (and doesn't) for each one.

*Generally speaking, the goal for apple shapes is to balance the bigger top half with the bottom

*Because of their typically envious proportion, the focus for hourglass shapes is to highlight the narrow waist

*With shapely lower halves, pear shapes either want balance or to highlight their ass-ets

*Ruler or atheltic shapes can wear lots, but want to focus on creating shape
